Terms and conditions

  • Delivery costs as quoted when you order, are for point of loading to point of unloading

  • Extra Labour/carrying - e.g. Stairs, long or difficult access will incur extra charges. $30 per man hour. To prevent any damage we will not carry any equipment through your home

  • There is no refund on any equipment hired, but not used. - On the spot inspection of Crockery, glassware & cutlery, marquees tarps etc WILL NOT BE DONE.. Deposits will be held until after inspection

  • Losses and breakages (including Cartons, crates and any containers) will be charged for at replacement cost

  • Any items (except linen) TO BE CLEANED BEFORE RETURN OR PICK UP. Extra cleaning will incur charges

  • A Credit Card or Cash deposit is required on booking and will be returned after inspection of equipment

  • Payment in full is to be made before or on delivery. Credit Card payments incur a fee : 2% on Visa or Mastercard and 3% on American Express

  • CANCELLATION OF BOOKED EQUIPMENT WILL INCUR THE FOLLOWING CHARGES : 7 Days before hire - 50% of hire , 3 days before - 75% of hire and on day of delivery - 100% of hire

  • When equipment is picked up from our premises, a current N.S.W. Driver's Licence will be required
